BAE Systems Saudi Arabia seeks experienced flight instructors for cadet training in fast-jet operations. The role entails delivering instructional sorties under RSAF syllabi and overseeing cadet development in both air and ground environments.

Ideal candidates have at least 1500 hours in fast jets, substantial instructional background, and TOCU experience, enabling effective leadership and mission readiness in Saudi air operations.

Competenze

• A minimum of 1500 hours flying experience on fast jet aircraft.
• Extensive previous instructional experience.
• Completed at least one TOCU tour (C to I Typhoon) including syllabi up to IPUG.

Mansioni

• You will be responsible to the Flying Wing Commander for flying instructional missions for cadets in accordance with appropriate Royal Saudi Air Force training syllabi.
• This position requires good people development competencies, high levels of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, influence and direct Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground.
