Qualifications

• Strong understanding of treasury products, platforms, and operations.
• Proven experience building business cases bridging business value and IT delivery.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury business unit heads to identify, shape, and prioritize initiatives.
• Build end-to-end business cases: rationale, expected benefits, cost estimates, delivery feasibility.
• Translate Treasury requirements into IT-deliverable scope and translate constraints back into business trade-offs.
• Own the initiative lifecycle from intake through business case approval, tracking progress against plan.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on treasury platform and API solution options.
• Prepare initiative documentation and status updates for management.
• Identify and escape risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Keep Treasury initiatives aligned with the bank's strategy program.

Job description

Owns business-IT alignment for Treasury initiatives, including BaaS and treasury platform development. Builds business cases that balance treasury business objectives with delivery feasibility, working closely with Treasury stakeholders and IT Delivery, and tracks initiatives through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA a plus

• - Strong stakeholder management across business executives and technical teams
• - Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
• - Familiarity with SAMA regulatory requirements relevant to treasury
