Job summary

Tawantech is seeking an experienced PMO professional to join a leading bank in Riyadh. The candidate will bring strong PMO / Project Management experience in Banking or Financial Services and Treasury-related projects, with a track record in system implementation and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include governance reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communication across multiple vendors/workstreams.

Qualifications

• PMO/Project Management experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience in IT/system implementation projects within Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong ability to plan and schedule projects with clear milestones and timelines.
• Experience tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Strong RAID management experience and risk tracking.
• Experience preparing status reports and project dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with governance and steering committee reporting.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Experience working on Treasury projects is highly important.
• Experience in Capital Markets is relevant.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and/or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO efforts for complex banking projects, including governance and reporting.
• Oversee IT/system implementation and transformation initiatives in Banking or Financial Services.
• Manage milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Coordinate vendor management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is mandatory.
• Experience in IT / System Implementation projects.
• Strong experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of RAID Management.
• Experience preparing status reports and project dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with governance and steering committee reporting.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Experience working on Treasury projects is highly important.
• Experience in Capital Markets is also relevant.
• Proven experience in system implementation and/or transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and/or workstreams.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Murex / MX.3.
• Knowledge of Treasury systems such as Kondor.
• Experience with Cutover and Deployment Planning.
