The family has two primary-school children and a newborn on the way, and wants its doctor in place before the birth.

Travel with the family is frequent — European summers, the family yacht and trips arranged at short notice. The rhythm follows the family rather than a rota: a six‑day week, with availability at any hour when needed.

The Mandate

• Family medicine for the parents and children, including routine child health and immunisation scheduling.
• Working with the maternity nurses and the family’s obstetrician and paediatrician around the birth.
• Assessment of acute childhood illness at home, with clear escalation to hospital care when needed.
