Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Training Specialist to design and coordinate training and capability development initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on graduate programs and knowledge transfer from experienced professionals to emerging talent through local training centers and institutes.

You will support capability needs across consulting, mining, engineering, and project delivery, coordinating with HR, technical teams, and external providers to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and measurable

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in learning and development, training, graduate development, consulting or a related HR capability role.
• Experience in a consulting environment, ideally supporting technical, engineering, mining, or project-based teams.
• Designed or supported graduate, early-career, trainee, internship, or structured development programs.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's local training landscape, including training centers, universities, technical institutes, and specialist providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage relationships with training centers, universities, institutes and training providers in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate training logistics, facilitators, venues, systems, and calendars; manage communications.
• Define training needs with HR business leaders and technical teams; recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Design and coordinate structured graduate development programs for Saudi nationals and early-career talent.
• Monitor participant progress, maintain training records, and report attendance and outcomes.

Key Accountabilities Training Delivery Partnerships amp Local Market KnowledgeSource assess and manage relationships with reputable training centers universities institutes and technical training providers in Saudi ArabiaMaintain knowledge of local training providers government-supported development initiatives and learning solutions relevant to engineering mining project management consulting and professional skillsCoordinate training logistics facilitators venues systems participant communications and training calendarsPartner with HR business leaders technical teams and external providers to define training needs and recommend fit-for-purpose solutionsSupport implementation of onboarding career development technical capability localization and knowledge transfer programsApply strong coordination reporting and stakeholder management practices to ensure training programs are delivered effectively and professionally
