Job summary

APEX Resources is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage end-to-end training operations across healthcare/technical environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in training coordination, logistics, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.
• Basic accounting/finance awareness (budget tracking, invoicing, delivery notes).
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute technical and application training programs, aligning with contracts and client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, trainee communication, travel and accommodation.
• Liaise with account managers, finance, and cash collection teams to track budgets and invoicing.
• Maintain training records and generate monthly performance reports and insights for sales, accounts, and collections teams.
• Coordinate with customers and training centers to align availability and obtain approvals.
• Support vendor coordination, including basic contract and pricing follow-up.
• Gather participant and trainer feedback to improve program delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and low error rates across training documentation and reporting.
