Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a Training Coordinator Junior to lead the Customer On-Job-Training (OJT) program at the site and align documentation with customer training manuals and Airbus Management System policies.

The role involves coordinating with the Technical Advisor, developing internal documentation, and building annual OJT schedules with Site Manager and Training Supervisor, while ensuring training effectiveness and compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in training coordination or OJT programs.
• Knowledge of aviation safety, quality and export control regulations.
• Ability to liaise with Technical Advisor and site management.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control regulations.
• Review Customer Manuals and identify development requirements.
• Identify training needs by evaluating customer technicians.
• Develop training assessment documentation aligned with manuals.
• Build annual OJT schedule with Site Manager and Training Supervisor.
• Document trainee progress and assess OJT effectiveness.
• Update the OJT program according to Customer Manual.
• Develop KPIs on OJT success and customer feedback.
• Prepare and present reports to Program Manager and Head of Operations.
• Conduct site visits to Customer locations as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement of PM training processes.

Job Summary

The Training Coordinator Junior role will be responsible for our Customer On-Job-Training (OJT) program at the site. The Training Coordinator Junior will work closely with the customer to realize their OJT requirements and develop internal AHA documentations in alignment with Customer training manuals. The Training Coordinator Junior will also liaise with the Technical Advisor to ensure all documentations developed for OJT are also in compliance with Airbus Helicopters Management System and policies.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Review Customer Manuals and identifying key requirements of development
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of the Customers technicians
• Develop training assessment documentations in alignment with Customer Manuals
• Build annual OJT schedule in alignment with Site Manager and Training Supervisor
• Document Customer technicians progress against OJT
• Assess and document OJT effectiveness
• Update the OJT program in accordance Customer Manual
• Develop KPIs on OJT success percentage, No. of Customer trainees trained and Customer feedback
• Prepare and present reports to Program Manager, Operations Support Manager and Head of Operations
• Conduct site visits at Customer location as required
• Participate in continuous improvement of PM training processes
