Job summary

Alshams Energy | الشمس للطاقة is seeking a Training & Competency Coordinator to plan, coordinate, develop and monitor training programs across the organization. The role ensures regulatory standards and operational needs are met while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

You will manage training matrices, deliver induction programs, maintain records and generate competency reports, with emphasis on safety-critical tasks and high-risk environments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programmes and learning materials.
• Experience with training matrices, annual training plans and competency records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, develop and monitor training and competency programmes.
• Deliver induction programmes, internal training courses and toolbox talks.
• Maintain training records, certificates and refresher schedules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
