Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a CADD Designer to produce and maintain detailed traffic signal plans for intersections and corridors in Riyadh. The role translates surveys, redlines, and construction data into accurate drawings essential for signal operations and future upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma/associate in civil drafting, 5+ years in CADD for transportation projects, and strong AutoCAD or MicroStation skills, with experience in Synchro and related tools.

Qualifications

Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, CADD, Transportation Technology or closely related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant CADD design or drafting experience within transportation, roadway, traffic signal, ITS, or civil infrastructure projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation; ability to produce accurate plans from field data.
Experience preparing traffic signal layouts or as-built signal plans is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain CADD traffic signal layout drawings for signalized intersections and arterial corridors.
Develop base plans showing roadway geometry, lanes, stop bars, pedestrian crossings, cabinets, and pavement markings.
Update drawings using field surveys, redlines, photos, controller information, and construction docs.
Prepare as-built traffic signal plans for engineering, maintenance, and future modifications.
Coordinate with Synchro models to maintain lane geometry and signal phasing references.
