Pre-Construction & Earthworks

• Lead pre‑construction site assessments, surveys, and site mobilization
• Manage massive earthworks, bulk excavations, and grading operations
• Verify ground stabilization, soil compaction, and improvement where applicable

Civil & Structural Execution

• Oversee foundation pouring and curing for mining infrastructure
• Supervise structural steel and reinforced concrete installation for processing plants
• Ensure contractor follows project specifications and engineering design
• Issue non‑conformance reports for unacceptable construction incidents
• Direct waterproofing, thermal insulation, and asset protection systems against harsh climates

Infrastructure & Drainage

• Design deploy comprehensive stormwater drainage networks and flood mitigation systems; design completed by the home office before construction
• Manage civil finishing works including heavy‑haul mining roads and access pavements
• Coordinate utility trenching, pipelines, and containment pond construction

Field Support & Safety

• Provide real‑time field engineering support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Enforce strict Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) protocols alongside local regulatory bodies
• Review engineering drawings and 3D models to resolve on‑site design clashes and respond to technical queries (RFIs)
