Careers International in Jeddah seeks an experienced Shift In Charge to oversee tissue manufacturing operations, drive production efficiency, ensure product quality, and uphold industrial safety standards on the factory floor.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in tissue production, a degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering (or chemistry / paper technology), and familiarity with high‑speed equipment and safety systems such as NEBOSH and LOTO.

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in tissue production.
• Degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering (or chemistry/paper tech).
• Experience with high-speed tissue machinery and safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Supervise and manage shift operations in the tissue manufacturing plant.
• Monitor tissue machine performance and ensure smooth, efficient production.
• Maintain production quality in accordance with established tissue quality standards.
• Monitor machine parameters, stock preparation, and tissue formation processes.
• Ensure optimal operation of tissue machines, Yankee dryers, shoe presses, and related systems.
• Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety procedures, including LOTO.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams to achieve production targets.
• Maintain shift reports and ensure proper handover between shifts.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

B.Sc. in Chemistry

Bachelor’s degree in Paper Technology
