Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification required.
• 1–2 years of TIG welding experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, weld, test, and inspect instrument components.
• Perform TIG welding and ensure quality and safety.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment.
• Test products, verify quality, troubleshoot as needed.
• Inspect welds and assemblies for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Support calibration and assembly procedures.
• Maintain tools and parts for readiness.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve processes.
• Follow Quality Management System requirements.
• Support lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Suggest improvements for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Maintain a safe, organized 5S workplace.
• Perform multiple production tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
