Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Fitter to set up premade components, perform mechanical assembly, and weld using TIG/MIG. The role requires reading drawings, following work instructions, and maintaining safety standards.

You will use hand and air tools, measure precisely, and align parts per plan. A welding certificate and ability to interpret technical drawings in English are essential; Aramco-advanced experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven assembler/welder experience with ability to set up premade components.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs in English.
• Familiarity with welding procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish components, mount parts, and perform mechanical assembly.
• Tack and weld using GMAW/MIG welding methods as per drawings.
• Perform production setup procedures on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Read and follow Work Direction Sheets and Blueprints.
• Use measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy during work.
• Utilize standard hand and air tools (drill, mill, cutting wheels, wrench, clamps).
• Adhere to safety requirements and company culture.
