Job summary

Help AG, the cybersecurity arm of Etisalat, seeks a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst (TIA) to join the Cyber Defense team. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and disseminating cyber intelligence for Help AG and its customers, including reports, briefings, and strategic/tactical outputs.

The analyst will operate in English and Arabic, with extended hours during crises. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in TIA, a strong IT security background, knowledge of GIRs, PIRs, OSIRs, TTPs, and dark

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or closely related field.
• 1+ years' experience as a TIA or related position.
• Active interest in cyber threat detection and cyber threat intelligence.
• Thorough understanding of IT systems and network security concepts.
• Knowledge of GIRs, PIRs, OSIRs and threat profiling/landscaping.
• Knowledge of cyber threats, TTPs, and diamond models.
• Familiarity with cyber operational security, log analysis, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze data from various sources for threat intelligence.
• Create GIRs, PIRs, and OSIRs for customers.
• Develop threat profiles and threat landscapes for clients.
• Produce intelligence reports and deliver briefings to customers.
• Conduct investigations on the internet and dark web as required.
• Provide actionable cyber intelligence to company and subsidiaries.
• Support MDR/Backend teams to improve detection and portal performance.
• Deliver analytic papers and intelligence briefings under deadlines.
