Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Bank Teller or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic (for Africans) or English (for Egyptians).
• Ability to work full time, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.

• Maintain an organized cash drawer and balance it at the end of each shift.
