Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of testing experience on electro-mechanical industrial equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing of robotic systems and subsystems.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for electrical and mechanical components.
• Support design and integration teams by providing feedback from testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electro-mechanical issues in robotic systems.
• Document test results, anomalies, and corrective actions clearly and organized.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations for testing and safety.
• Assist in the designing, setup and maintenance of test rigs/setups, automated data acquisition systems.
• Participate in field trials and testing as required.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and contribute to product quality enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing and validating complex electrical and mechanical systems used in industrial environments.
