About the role:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to support operations in the oil & gas sector. The role involves working on advanced coating systems and equipment, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical components. The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience and a strong understanding of electrical systems used in industrial environments.

Requirements:

• Design, develop electronic and embedded hardware systems, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Proficient in creating schematics and PCB layouts using CAD tools such as Altium and KiCad.
• Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, PIC, AVR) and embedded software development.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, signal processing, and power management requirements.
• Design and integrate power electronic circuits, including DC-DC converters and motor drivers, ensuring efficient power management.
• Ability to build and test prototypes, including soldering and assembling components.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design (IPC Standard) and electronics manufacturing.
• Skilled in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools to test and debug hardware and software.
• Knowledge of standard communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) for seamless data exchange between subsystems.
• Programming skills in languages like C, C++, and Python for developing and integrating firmware.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions under constraints.
