Job summary

Gulf Workforce is seeking a skilled Testing Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on testing and validating complex electrical and mechanical systems used in industrial environments, supporting development, testing, and troubleshooting of robotic equipment to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of testing experience on electro-mechanical industrial equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing of robotic systems and subsystems.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for electrical and mechanical components.
• Support design and integration teams by providing feedback from testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electro-mechanical issues in robotic systems.
• Document test results, anomalies, and corrective actions clearly and organized.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations for testing and safety.
• Assist in the designing, setup and maintenance of test rigs/setups, automated data acquisition systems.
• Participate in field trials and testing as required.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and contribute to product quality enhancements.
