Job summary

BAE Systems in Dhahran is seeking an Examination Administrator to ensure accurate data entry, cadet registrations, and timely processing within the test generator systems.

You will organise examination materials, coordinate IT resources, and ensure labs are fully functional during sessions, while enforcing policy-compliant handling of materials and schedules.

Qualifications

• IELTS 4.5 (CEFR B1) proficiency or higher within last 2 years.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and ability to give feedback on exam performance.
• Working knowledge of governance documents used within the company.
• Familiarity with invigilator roles per City & Guilds criteria.
• Proven capability in training and administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure examination entries and cadet registrations are input accurately in the test generator and transfer systems.
• Organise preparation of examination materials and ensure equipment is available during sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resource IT equipment and maintain lab operability.
• Secure, store, and retrieve examination materials per policies.
• Communicate examination schedules and expected behavior to cadets.
• Assist line manager with analysis of achievement data and end-year statistics.
• Undertake other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Complete any reasonable requests aligned with company business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure examination entries and cadet registrations are input in an accurate and timely manner in the test generator, including the operation of electronic data transfer systems.
• Ensure that preparation of examination materials is well organised, and equipment is available during the examination sessions.
• Work in cooperation with colleagues to ensure that examination sessions are appropriately resourced with IT equipment and the labs are operable and fully functional.
• Ensure examination materials are securely stored, distributed, retrieved in accordance with TSI policies and procedures.
• Ensure that information relating to examination schedules and expected behaviour is clearly communicated to the cadets.
• Support line manager in relation to the analysis of both the timely capture of achievement data as well as end year statistical analysis of achievement and other examination related data.
• Undertake any other duties, as requested, commensurate with the level of this post.
• The job holder will ensure the completion of any other reasonable request by his line manager which aligns with company business.

Job Requirements:

• A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC level in a relevant discipline. A recognized qualification in computer software in general (Examination Administration & Labs operation) Or suitable equivalent.
• Must have an English Language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 4.5 (CEFR B1) when recruited and achieved within the last 2 years if non-native speaker.
• Should demonstrate significant competence with computer software particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools is required as is an ability to provide detailed feedback on exam performance.
• A working knowledge of the governance documents used within TSI e.g. BAE Systems Regulations and Mandates, EASA Regulations and RSAF Instructions etc.
• A familiarity with the roles of invigilators in line with City & Guilds criteria.
• Proven capability in training and administration.
