Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to drive sales through scheduled field visits, build strong client relationships, and expand our customer base within an assigned territory.

You will manage orders, collect payments, and coordinate logistics with the warehouse, using CRM to track performance and customer data. Fluency in Arabic and English and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in retail, wholesale or FMCG.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate orders by visiting medium-to-large retail stores and wholesale accounts as per planned routes and schedules.
• Collect payments from clients and manage revenue collection.
• Coordinate logistics by submitting orders to the warehouse for preparation and delivery.
• Focus on medium-sized outlets, large retail chains and wholesale accounts requiring consultative selling.
• Utilize company vehicle for field travel and log visits and orders in the CRM.
