Job summary

Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, is hiring a Telesales Agent in Riyadh to drive inbound and outbound sales, cross-sell products, and handle customer inquiries.

You will maintain records in CRM, qualify buyer profiles (B2B, B2C, C2C), and collaborate with field sales when needed. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years telesales experience; join a high-energy team with health insurance and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of telesales experience with a proven sales quota track record.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (verbal & written).
• Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and call center systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by calling existing and potential customers to pitch Bayut packages and services.
• Foster and sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Understand customers' needs and identify upsell opportunities.
• Accurately record and process details of customers’ sales, calls, meetings and notes in the CRM.
• Identify and classify buyer profiles, i.e., B2B, B2C, C2C.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Meet monthly KPIs & revenue targets.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers; proficiency with tools & systems.
