The role focuses on applying foundational engineering knowledge from FEED through to final execution, ensuring compliance and reliability of telecom networks, fiber optics, wireless links, and control

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional fresh graduate to join our team as a Telecommunications Engineer. In this role, you will support the design, integration, and execution of critical communication systems for major Oil and Gas facilities in Jafurah. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will apply your foundational engineering knowledge to real-world industrial challenges, supporting projects from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Support project phases from FEED through execution, ensuring telecommunication engineering requirements are safely and accurately met.
• System Integration: Assist in the design and reliable integration of vital telecom systems, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and industrial control systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure telecommunication systems align with overall facility operations and project goals.
• Technical Application: Apply core telecommunication engineering principles to optimize network design, signal transmission, and communication protocols.

Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Telecommunication Engineering.

Experience Status: Fresh Graduate (Must be currently unemployed and available for immediate placement).

Professionalism: Demonstrates a highly professional personality, strong work ethic, and readiness to adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.

Industry Exposure: Academic, project, or internship experience related to the design of communication systems specifically for Oil and Gas facilities.

Core Competencies: Strong understanding of telecommunication engineering principles, including network design, signal transmission, and communication protocols.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.
