Job summary

Client of PENTABELL in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior OSS/BSS Architect to design, implement and migrate B2B order management provisioning and activation systems.

You will produce high-level designs, architecture diagrams and migration plans aligned with TM Forum standards ETOM 640/641, lead gap analyses, define data flows between OSS, CRM and southbound systems, and drive end-to-end delivery including scoping and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years in telecom OSS/BSS, including provisioning, activation, and order management.
• Hands-on experience with B2B order management and service ordering.
• Knowledge of billing, data warehouse, and mediation systems, including CDR/EDR processing.
• Familiarity with ETOM and TM Forum frameworks.
• Strong Java/J2EE and object-oriented design skills.
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL), XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating with provisioning platforms (e.g., Nokia, Comptel, or Netcracker).
• Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Camunda) and message streaming (Kafka or IBM MQ).
• Scripting skills in Python or shell, and GIT version control.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design standards-aligned OSS BSS solutions for B2B order management provisioning and activation.
• Produce high-level design documents, architecture diagrams and migration plans aligned with TM Forum standards 640/641 and ETOM.
• Lead gap analysis and design updates across product catalogue, service inventory, and network element interfaces.
• Define integration points and data flow between order management OSS, CRM and southbound systems.
• Manage end-to-end BOSS project delivery including scoping, resourcing and milestones.
