Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective technical training programs to employees.

  • Strong technical background in relevant fields, such as engineering, IT, or specialized technical skills.
  • Experience in instructional design and the development of training materials.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using training management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to assess training needs and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
