Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer Graduate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will combine technical know-how with a consultative sales approach to help customers deploy energy-efficient HVAC solutions.

You'll develop relationships with installers, consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and investors, identifying new business opportunities and supporting projects from early design to implementation. This role requires travel and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services or a related field.
• Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Provide technical and commercial support by preparing quotations, basic calculations, and solution proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and manage project opportunities by working closely with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver product presentations, technical training, and application support, helping customers select the right Danfoss solutions.
• Work from our Jeddah office while traveling regularly across your region and collaborating with Product Management, Technical Support, and Sales colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience and drive business growth.

As our Technical

As our Technical Sales Engineer Graduate, you'll play a key role in expanding Danfoss' presence across Saudi Arabia by helping customers create more energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable HVAC solutions.

Your impact? By combining technical expertise with a consultative sales approach, you'll build long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support projects from the early design phase through to successful implementation.

You'll work closely with installers, consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and investors, as well as with our internal technical and product teams, helping customers find the right solutions while contributing to Danfoss' continued growth in your region.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Saudi National
• Technical background or strong interest in engineering solutions (a fresh graduate with Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or a related field is an advantage).
• A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach, along with a valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills, with excellent relationship-building and customer communication abilities.
