Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Sales Engineer Graduate to help expand our presence across Saudi Arabia by combining technical knowledge with a customer-focused sales approach.

You will support customers in selecting energy-efficient HVAC solutions and contribute from early design through implementation.

Qualifications

• Saudi national
• Fresh graduate with Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services or related field advantageous
• Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel within the region
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication with strong relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships across Saudi Arabia by joining customer visits with Sales Engineers and identifying new opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support by preparing quotations, basic calculations, solution proposals, and follow-ups on inquiries.
• Support project development and execution by collaborating with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted product advisor by maintaining knowledge of the Danfoss portfolio and aligning solutions with customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and training to customers and internal sales teams to drive business growth.

As our Sales Engineer Graduate, you'll play a key role in expanding Danfoss' presence across Saudi Arabia by helping customers create more energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable HVAC solutions.

Your impact will come from combining technical knowledge with a customer-focused sales approach. You'll work closely with customers, support them in selecting the right solutions, and contribute to projects from the early design stage through successful implementation.

By building strong relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor, you'll help customers get the most value from Danfoss technologies while supporting our continued business growth across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and strengthen customer relationships across Saudi Arabia by joining customer visits with Sales Engineers, understanding customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support by preparing quotations, basic calculations, solution proposals, and following up on customer inquiries to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support project development and execution by collaborating with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted product advisor by maintaining strong knowledge of the Danfoss product portfolio, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and training programs to customers and internal sales teams, helping stakeholders understand product value propositions, applications, and best practices to drive business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Saudi National
• Technical background or strong interest in engineering solutions (a fresh graduate with Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or a related field is an advantage).
• A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach, along with a valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills, with excellent relationship-building and customer communication abilities.
