Job summary

Saudi Azm عزم السعودية is seeking a Senior Engineering Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end software delivery across multiple strategic technology initiatives in Riyadh. You will translate business and product requirements into clear technical plans and drive planning, estimation, sprint execution, and release governance in a cloud-enabled environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years of software engineering leadership, experience managing teams or vendors, and strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, engineering management, or a related technology leadership role.
• Experience managing software development teams and/or external technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with technical planning, estimation, sprint execution, release management, and delivery governance.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, application development, and enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud modernization initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of software quality, security, scalability, performance, and operational best practices.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business functions.
• Saudi nationality is required.
