BEC Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Technical - Mechanical Team Leader in Makkah to guide a team of engineers on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. You will oversee design, implementation, and optimization of mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with SBC and ARAMCO standards while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical engineering experience in construction/infrastructure.
• SCE registration required and knowledge of SBC/ARAMCO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical engineering team in design, analysis, and implementation for large-scale projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, ARAMCO standards and other regulations.
• Develop detailed mechanical plans, specs, and reports.
• Monitor performance of mechanical systems during construction and post-installation.
• Implement sustainability measures aligning with LEED/Mostadam.
