Job summary

BEC Arabia in Makkah is seeking a Technical - Electrical Team Leader to guide a team of electrical engineers on major infrastructure projects. You will design, implement, and commission electrical systems in line with SBC and SCE standards, coordinating with civil, mechanical, and project management teams.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship of junior engineers, adherence to safety and quality, and delivering milestones on time and within budget while innovating with AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering in construction/infrastructure sectors.
• SCE registration and SBC knowledge.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP.
• Leadership experience in guiding teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team in design, implementation, and commissioning of electrical systems for large-scale projects.
• Develop detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure SBC and SCE compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project management teams for seamless execution.
