Job summary

GSK Saudi Arabia seeks a Technical Manager to lead the site technical functions at Jeddah Warehouse City. You will oversee the product lifecycle, drive performance, and ensure SFDA compliance within GMP and QMS frameworks.

You will liaise with SFDA, MOH and other authorities, manage audits, CAPAs, recalls and continuous improvement, and mentor the technical team to build capability. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior technical or leadership experience in pharma manufacturing or R&D/manufacturing interface.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong GMP and QMS knowledge and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site technical function within GMP framework and Site Leadership Team.
• Set strategic direction for technical activities across product lifecycle.
• Champion safety, quality and regulatory compliance supporting SFDA and MOH.
• Oversee regulatory audits, CAPAs, recalls and complaints processes.
• Approve technical change controls and batch documentation.
