Job summary

Mina Excellence is seeking a Technical Lead – Enterprise Infrastructure to act as the technical authority for our compute, virtualization, storage, backup, OS and cloud infrastructure. You will steer architecture governance, design standards and roadmaps while guiding engineering teams and serving as a senior escalation contact for critical incidents.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with VMware/vSphere and Windows Server, and a strong ITIL-based approach to service/change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with VMware/vSphere and Windows Server.
Experience with enterprise cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Proven governance and major incident management capabilities.
Knowledge of ITIL-based service and change management.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical authority across Compute, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, OS and Cloud infra.
Lead infrastructure architecture, standards, designs and roadmaps.
Review and approve infrastructure solutions and major changes.
Provide leadership to infrastructure engineering teams.
Act as senior escalation point for major incidents and complex issues.
Ensure secure, scalable, highly available and resilient environments.
Oversee capacity, performance and lifecycle management.
Support cloud and hybrid initiatives and align with enterprise architecture.
Maintain governance, documentation and change/incident management practices.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, applications and other IT teams.
Engage vendors and technology partners as required.
