Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Design Manager – Electrical to lead the electrical design of hospitality and leisure assets, ensuring reliability, safety and exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee power distribution, lighting, ELV systems and smart technologies, coordinate with architects and MEP teams, and push energy-efficient, innovative solutions from concept through IFC stages.

Qualifications

• Electrical design experience in hospitality or mixed-use developments.
• Expertise in lighting design and guest experience-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of Saudi Electrical Code and international standards.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with BIM and smart building technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical design development from concept to IFC stage.
• Oversee power systems, lighting design, and ELV integration (ICT, security, AV).
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes.
• Coordinate with architects and MEP teams for seamless integration.
• Drive innovative solutions in smart systems and energy efficiency.
• Manage consultants and review design quality.
• Support procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
