Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh is seeking an ITS Expert to lead planning, design and integration of Intelligent Transport Systems across major road and urban projects. You will provide technical leadership through concept, design, testing and handover to operations, ensuring interoperability and compliance with international standards.

The role requires extensive experience in ITS architecture, system integration, and project delivery, with a strong emphasis on safety, cybersecurity, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ electronics/ transportation/ telecommunications engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional membership with a recognized engineering institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and integration of ITS including traffic management systems and adaptive signal control.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure ITS solutions integrate within road and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and review system architectures, specifications, and performance requirements.
