Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Structural Design Manager to lead the design development and delivery of large-scale hospitality and mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage structural engineering activities across the lifecycle, coordinating with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure compliance with SBC and international standards.

The role requires 20+ years in structural engineering with leadership experience, strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 20+ years in structural engineering and design management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale hospitality, luxury resort, mixed-use or destination projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design vision and strategy from concept through construction.
• Review and approve deliverables: calculations, reports, drawings, submissions.
• Manage structural consultants, contractors, and advisors for timely delivery.
• Establish schedules, budgets and resource plans; monitor progress.
• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, façade, geotech, infra, and landscape teams.
• Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design integration.
