Job summary

Qiddiya seeks a Technical Director to provide owner-side leadership across hospitality assets, including hotel handovers, defects management, engineering governance, and lifecycle planning. The role ensures assets are commissioned, maintained, and operated to owner standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering or related field, with 15+ years in hospitality engineering or asset management, including hotel handovers and POMEC review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and professional registration preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 10 in hospitality engineering or asset management.
Experience leading hotel handovers, commissioning reviews, and asset lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

Lead owner-side review of hotel handovers and ensure complete commissioning and readiness.
Oversee maintenance governance, KPIs, and technical risk mitigation across assets.
Support POMEC planning, CAPEX evaluation, and lifecycle asset management.
Coordinate with operators, FM providers, consultants, and internal teams.
Present engineering recommendations and risk assessments to senior management.
