Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Technical Director to lead owner-side technical oversight across hospitality assets. You will direct hotel handovers, ensure full commissioning of building systems, and manage asset documentation and maintenance governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years in hospitality engineering, hotel technical services, FM or asset management.
• Experience leading hotel handovers, commissioning reviews, operational readiness, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side review of hospitality asset handovers from Development into Operations.
• Ensure building systems, life safety, MEP, and back-of-house are commissioned and ready.
• Oversee defect identification, snag management, warranty tracking, and close-out.
• Coordinate operational readiness reviews with engineering, facilities, and maintenance.
• Present technical recommendations to senior management with business rationale.
• Monitor engineering performance, asset reliability, and asset condition.
