Job summary

OmniOps, a Riyadh-based technology solutions provider, seeks a Delivery Manager to lead the planning, governance, and successful delivery of complex technical projects across infrastructure, cloud, integration, data, and platform initiatives.

You will work with technical leads, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery within scope, budget, and quality, in enterprise environments demanding coordination across architecture, security, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project/delivery management for technical projects.
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and risk management.
• Ability to lead discussions without being the implementer and coordinate across teams.
• Experience in large enterprise, aviation, telecom, cloud, or digital transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation through planning, execution, go-live, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reports.
• Ensure all projects are delivered within approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Track project progress and proactively manage deviations, risks, issues, and changes.
• Establish clear governance cadence with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customer teams.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, steering committee materials, and executive summaries.
• Work closely with technical leads, solution architects, engineers, and operations teams.
• Translate technical activities into clear delivery plans, milestones, and stakeholder-facing updates.
• Ensure technical workstreams align with architecture, readiness, security, compliance, and support requirements.
• Coordinate technical implementation activities including deployment planning, integration readiness, testing, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Follow up on technical blockers and escalations.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex technical projects. The role requires strong project and stakeholder management skills combined with solid technical understanding to manage infrastructure, cloud, integration, application, data, and platform-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in line with quality and security expectations. This role is especially suited for enterprise environments where delivery depends on close coordination across architecture, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery and Governance

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation through planning, execution, go-live, and closure

Stakeholder and Client Management

• Act as the primary point of coordination between business teams, technical teams, partners, and external vendors
• Build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders and internal leadership
• Ensure expectations are managed clearly, especially for timelines, dependencies, technical constraints, and delivery risks
• Support alignment between business requirements and technical implementation approach
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, technical discussions, and project review meetings

Planning, Dependency, and Resource Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and project phases
• Manage dependencies across infrastructure, security, networking, application, integration, and operations teams
• Support resource planning and capacity coordination in collaboration with technical managers and delivery leadership
• Monitor project critical path and ensure timely decisions on customer-facing and internal dependencies
• Drive action tracking and follow-through across all project stakeholders

Quality, Readiness, and Control

• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and readiness standards
• Coordinate testing, UAT readiness, deployment planning, rollback planning, and operational handover
• Ensure documentation is complete, current, and suitable for governance and handover purposes
• Promote strong delivery discipline, change control, and compliance with organizational PMO standards
• Support lessons learned, continuous improvement, and process maturity initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination for technical projects
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, governance practices, and risk management
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical discussions without needing to act as the technical implementer
• Experience working in large enterprise, aviation, telecom, cloud, or digital transformation environments is preferred
