Starlinks Global is seeking a seasoned Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our high-tech FMCG operations in Saudi Arabia. You will drive implementation of WMS, TMS and automation, manage transport routes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team focused on performance and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, sustainability, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
5+ years in warehouse and transport management, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and automation technologies.
Proven ability to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.
Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and enhance warehouse and transport operations using advanced technologies.
Implement and manage WMS, TMS, and automation to streamline processes.
Oversee transport and logistics to optimize routes and assure cost-effective delivery.
