Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Housing Manager to support the Housing Manager in overseeing daily team member accommodation at Desert Rock resort. You will help ensure housing facilities are clean, safe, comfortable, and compliant with health and safety requirements.

• Experience in housing or accommodation operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest relations focus.
• Ability to supervise housing staff and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Support Housing Manager in daily team member accommodation operations.
• Ensure housing facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained to resort standards.
• Supervise housing coordinators and attendants; manage allocations and occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, occupancy, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments to address issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain housing reports and assist with budgeting and expenses.
