Luxoft is seeking a Team Lead – Trade Finance in Riyadh to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams on Finastra Trade Innovation implementations, upgrades and enhancements. You will own requirements end to end, from current-state analysis and fit-gap through configuration support, testing and go-live.

The ideal candidate knows trade products, ICC rules, and TI modules well, and can shape practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of total IT experience.
• Deep Expertise in Finastra Trade Innovation and Trade Finance Operations.
• Deep Trade Innovation functional and technical knowledge.
• Hands-on with Finastra Trade Innovation TI Plus/Plus2 or Fusion TI across multiple implementations.
• Knowledge of TI modules: Import/Export LCs, Standby LCs, Guarantees, Collections, Trade Loans, Bills discounting.
• Understanding TI static data, postings, events/workflow, user roles.
• Familiarity with TI integration options and Corporate Portal.
• Strong knowledge of ICC rules: UCP 600, ISBP 821, URDG 758, ISP98, URC 522/725, eUCP, Incoterms 2020.
• Awareness of trade digitisation (MLETR).
• Knowledge of supply chain finance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define product setup in the trade system, including types, events, data, postings and workflows.
• Specify interfaces between trade system and core banking, GL, payments, sanctions screening, documents, and channels.
• Define SWIFT mappings for MT7xx/MT4xx/MT798 flows and validation rules.
• Support data migration and cut-over activities with reconciliation rules.
• Prepare test scenarios covering end-to-end lifecycles and perform UAT coordination.
• Coordinate system integration testing and triage defects with vendor teams.
• Contribute to upgrades, regression testing and production support for complex issues.
• Act as functional liaison for business users, vendors and delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with trade rules, regulatory reporting and AML controls.
• Produce training materials, user guides and release notes.
