Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Functional Support Specialist with deep Finastra Trade Innovation expertise to manage L2/L3 support across the trade lifecycle. You will analyze errors, resolve TI configuration issues, and work with Finastra vendors on complex escalations.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in IT with hands-on Finastra TI experience, and a background in trade finance operations, including TI module integration and workflow design.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT experience with hands-on Finastra TI
• Deep expertise in Finastra Trade Innovation and Trade Finance operations
• Strong troubleshooting across TI modules and workflows
• Experience across implementations or upgrades is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional troubleshooting for end-user issues in the trade lifecycle
• Analyze and resolve transactional errors, master data config issues, and failed workflows in the TI engine
• Replicate production bugs in staging, document steps, logs, and business impact for escalation
• Acknowledge and resolve support tickets within SLA to minimize downtime

Responsibilities

• Functional Support amp Incident Management Provide L2 L3 functional troubleshooting for end-user issues arising during the trade lifecycle
• Analyze and resolve transactional errors master data configuration mismatches and failed workflows within the FTI engine
• Replicate production bugs in staging environments documenting detailed steps logs and business impact before escalating to L3 developers or Finastra vendors
• Acknowledge and resolve support tickets within defined SLA limits to minimize operational downtime

Skills

• Strong grasp of the full lifecycle of documentary credits guarantees collections and trade financing products
• Working knowledge of ICC rules UCP 600 ISBP 821 URDG 758 ISP98 URC 522 URR 725 eUCP and Incoterms 2020 SWIFT Category 4 and 7 messages and MT798 awareness of trade digitisation MLETR electronic bills of lading
