Job summary

Luxoft is hiring a Sr Functional Support Analyst Trade Innovation to provide functional support across bridge business stakeholders and technology teams on Finastra Trade Innovation implementations, upgrades and enhancements. You will own requirements end to end from product and configuration changes, business user support and testing.

You will handle L2/L3 troubleshooting, analyze transactional errors, and resolve issues across TI modules and static data, while ensuring SLA adherence and smooth

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of total IT experience.
• Deep expertise in Finastra Trade Innovation and Trade Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Finastra TI Plus, TI Plus2 or Fusion Trade Innovation.
• Ideally across two or more implementations or upgrades.
• Working knowledge of TI modules: Import and Export LCs, Standby LCs guarantees issued and received, Import and Export Collections, Shipping Guarantees, Trade Loans, Financing and Bills discounting.
• Understanding of TI static data: customer and account setup, charges and tariffs, posting accounting rules, event and step workflow, and user roles.
• Familiarity with TI integration options: web services, message queues, file-based interfaces and the TI Corporate Portal or bank's own corporate channel.
• Trade finance domain: strong grasp of the full lifecycle of documentary credits, guarantees, collections and trade financing products.
• Working knowledge of ICC rules: UCP 600, ISBP 821, URDG 758, ISP98, URC 522, URR 725, eUCP and Incoterms 2020.
• SWIFT Category 4 and 7 messages and MT798 awareness.
• Knowledge of trade digitisation: MLETR electronic bills of lading.
• Supply chain finance advantage: payables, receivables, invoice financing.

Responsibilities

• Functional Support Specialist ensure the core platform runs smoothly by handling system workflows, resolving transactional blocks and translating changing trade policies into functional software updates.
