Job summary

Efforts Solutions IT LLC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Networks & Information Security Team Lead to head IT operations for the ZATCA project. You will guide the technical team, manage network incidents and ensure critical infrastructure stays secure, stable and available.

Required: minimum 5 years in networks and information security; strong LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, IPS and security tools; solid troubleshooting and RCA; ITIL incident/change know‑how; CCNP/CCIE

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in networks and information security.
• Strong experience in Network & Security operations, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, IPS, and security tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident investigation, and RCA capabilities.
• Good understanding of ITIL incident and change management processes.
• CCNP/CCIE or relevant Fortinet/Palo Alto certifications preferred.
• Ability to work within an operational/shift environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident investigations and RCA with stakeholders.

Salary: SAR 7,000.00–10,000.00 per month

We are looking for an experienced Networks & Information Security Team Lead to lead IT operations and monitoring for the ZATCA project.

You’ll guide the technical team, manage network incidents and keep critical infrastructure secure, stable and running smoothly.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in networks and information security
