Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to take direction.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to accomplish or exceed company goals relative to safety, quality and productivity.
• Participate as an active team member by willingly responding to the need to maintain efficient work flow as directed.
• Read production documents and drawings to perform assembly tasks per established processes.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures to produce product per specifications.
• Identify inferior parts/processes and notify Coordinator, Lead or Quality.
• Keep workstations and area clean and organized.
• Performs packing tasks such as placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing the material in the boxes with the appropriate packing materials.
• Other duties as assigned
