Job summary

Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co is seeking a Tax and Insurance Specialist to manage tax compliance, ZAKAT returns, and insurance activities. You will prepare returns, calculate provisions, and ensure timely filings while maintaining strong relations with ZATCA, brokers, and insurers.

You will also collaborate with treasury on month-end and year-end closings, produce tax reports, and support renewals with brokers to secure favorable terms. ERP/SAP experience is a plus, with 4–6 years in Tax and ZAKAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree – Faculty of commerce.
• ERP database experience; SAP is a plus.
• Post graduate certificate is a plus.
• 4–6 years of Tax and ZAKAT experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all tax and ZAKAT returns and declarations.
• Calculate and record tax provisions and related journal entries.
• Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes and ZAKAT.
• Maintain relationships with ZATCA, insurance brokers, and insurers.
• Prepare tax reports and schedules.
• Assist tax and treasury manager with month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist tax and treasury manager with tax inspections.
• Track insurance policies and ensure timely renewals with brokers.
• Negotiate insurance renewals to secure best terms and lowest premiums.

Job description

• Responsible for managing the company’s tax compliance and insurance activities.
• Make sure that all tax requirements are fulfilled on timely basis.
• Maintain strong relationship with ZATCA , insurance Brocker and insurance companies.

Principal Accountabilities

• Prepare all tax , ZAKAT returns and declarations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Calculate and record tax provisions and related journal entries.
• Make sure of timely filling and payment of taxes and ZAKAT.
• Extracting all needed reports to prepare TAX and ZAKAT returns.
• Reconcile tax accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist tax and treasury manager in handling the month end closing , year end closing requirements.
• Assist tax and treasury manager in handling any tax inspections.
• Work closely with the tax and ZAKAT consultant.
• Prepare tax reports and schedules.
• Support treasury and tax manager in monitoring for all insurance policies and make sure of the renewal on time with no risk of non-renewal.
• Support treasury and tax manager in negotiating the insurance policies renewal and securing best terms with lowest premium.

Principal Accountabilities

• Prepare and record all insurance journal entries in the accounting system.
• Solid tracking for all insurance claims and make sure of close follow up with the insurance Brocker for timely clsoure of all claims and collection.
