Job summary

Perfect Vision - KSA is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, and GL reconciliations in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the Senior Accounting Supervisor on financial analysis, month-end and year-end closings, and ensure compliance with Zakat regulations while maintaining robust internal controls.

Experience with Odoo ERP and advanced Excel is preferred, along with strong communication skills to coordinate with banks,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-5 years of progressive accounting experience; hands-on Odoo ERP preferred.
• Proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries and reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements supporting schedules and reports
• Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Supervisor in financial analysis and performance evaluation
• Support general ledger activities and assist in month-end and year-end closings
• Participate in account reconciliation and validation of financial data
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Zakat regulations and contribute to the preparation of Zakat filings
• Assist in internal audits to identify areas for improvement in financial controls
• Manage and control accounts payable activities, office expenses and customer discounts in line with approved budgets
• Coordinate with banks, governmental bodies, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance
