Job summary

IKEA in Jeddah is seeking an entry-level HR Talent Acquisition professional to support our recruitment team and help the store attract fresh graduates. The role focuses on coordinating applications, screening candidates, and helping onboarding in line with local Tamheer program requirements.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, fluent in Arabic and English, proficient with Microsoft Office, and eligible for Tamheer via TAQAT/Hadaf.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Saudi national and eligible for Tamheer program.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Not registered in GOSI for at least three months.
