Job summary

Gathern is seeking a designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile, translating product requirements into design solutions. You will conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, maintain design systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, brand-consistent interfaces.

A strong portfolio showing design thinking and problem solving is required, with internship, academic, freelance, or personal project experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience includes internship, academic, freelance, or personal project in product design.
• Familiarity with designing digital experiences for web or mobile.
• Basic understanding of user research and usability testing methods.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and accept feedback.
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem solving, and visual design skills.
