Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Talent Specialist to prepare, coordinate, and assist in all day-to-day talent management activities, including Assessment and Development Centers, and related projects. You will ensure accurate data, presentations, and timely delivery to support talent initiatives.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and have about two years of experience in talent management. You will build strong relationships with internal clients and help allocate resources

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Specialist to Prepare, coordinate, and assist in all day-to-day operational talent management activities including Assessment and Development Centers, and other assigned projects by timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of information, data, presentations etc. to ensure successful completion of projects.

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology from a reputable local/international institution / or related discipline.
• 2 Years of experience in a role relevant to Talent Management.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently.
• Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
