Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Talent Specialist to prepare, coordinate, and assist in all day-to-day talent management activities, including Assessment and Development Centers, and related projects. You will ensure accurate data, presentations, and timely delivery to support talent initiatives.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and have about two years of experience in talent management. You will build strong relationships with internal clients and help allocate resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology from a reputable institution.
• 2 years of experience in talent management or related area.
• Ability to build customer relationships and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Ability to secure and deploy resources effectively.
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills.

Responsibilities
